Never read it, but my nerd husband says he has so I'm making him explain the plot to me and he's all "ummm, yeah so they go around the world. In 80 days." and then he laughed hysterically until I karate chopped him.
It's pretty good. It's sort of racist, but when you remember that it was written from a British point of view in the 1800s, you can see where Verne was coming from.
You should read it, it's not very long.
But yeah, basically they go around the world in 80 days. And have adventures.
